Private Corporate Investments (PCI) sets up vehicles (SPV, acquisition holding) for international Private Equity Investors that seek an active, committed approach to creating value at investee companies.  Direct Investments, no funds.
 
PCI creates value throughout the investment cycle:

1, At the acquisition phase by sourcing, selecting and structuring the right deals

2. In the investment period by actively managing / orchestrating the companies to value growth: strategy x organisation x finance = results

3. In the exit phase by preparing actively for this phase and finding the right new investor(s)

PCI set up your own SPV/acquisition holding and participates along with you and manages the investment together for and with you.
